Nor’Sea is created to provide solutions to yacht problems and manufacture yachts for a smooth-sailing ride to our clients’ destinations. Our workers are employed in different teams working under the firm to improve efficiency and boost specialisation. The various teams include:
Naval Architect
Our group of naval architects are the best in creating preliminary building plan that suits individual choices. They lay the foundation for any project undertaken by the firm.
Interior Designers
As their name implies, they are in charge of designing what the interior looks like. Our interior designing team is also saddled with the responsibility of determining each compartment’s space in a yacht and items that are useful in such areas for other reasons other than aesthetics.
Hull Builders
The hull is on the outside of the yacht and is usually afloat in the water. It is an integral part of the yacht and therefore, requires our best hands.
Electrical Engineering
A part of our engineering team deals with the electrical aspects involved in the building of yachts.
Mechanical Engineering
The other part of our engineering team deals with the mechanical part, including the rebuilding of engines, oil change etc.
Aluminium Modelling Team
Aluminium yachts are becoming a force to reckon with considering its numerous advantages. However, unlike fibreglass, that has a ready-made mould. Aluminium is folded to suit the specifications of our clients. Therefore, our aluminium modelling team employs their expertise on this.
Shipyard Management
This team performs supervisory roles. They monitor activities, and work operations carried out in the shipyard.
Projects Management
We provide each of our clients a project manager to ensure you have a smooth and safe experience with us. Our project managers also serve as a link between the firm and our clients.
